Dr Mohan Kumar HN has over 18 years of experience in the field of cardiology.He is proficient in evaluation and management of acute and chronic cardiac diseases, arrhythmias and cardiac emergencies.He has special interest in preventive cardiology,acute myocardial infarction management,complex coronary interventions and heart failure management.He has vast experience of performing large number of interventional procedures like, Pericardiocentesis,Transvenous temporary acemaker insertion, Coronary angiography, Cardiac caheterization, Primary angioplasty,Elective angioplasty (including complex coronary interventions like Left main,Bifurcation, CTO, Rota ablation,intravascular lithotripsy, PTCA of heavily calcified vessels and graft interventions).He is expert in using assistive devices and image (OCT and IVUS) guided interventions. Done hundreds of procedures utilizing IABP, OCT and IVUS till date.He also performs Permanent pacemaker implantation, ICD implantation, CRT D implantation, structural heart interventions -device closures like ASD, PDA, and VSD. Valvuloplasty of aortic, pulmonary, mitral valves.He also performs procedures like Peripheral angioplasty including below knee interventions, carotid angioplasty, renal angioplasty and venous interventions.He had a distinguished academic career, which has given him a broad insight into the subject of cardiology as he acquired all thenecessary skills to deal with the vast and challeng problems encompassing the field.
